Nuestros Muertos

The 2nd of November marks the beginning of the Dia De Los Muertos Festival all over the world.

Dia De Los Muertos unfolds over several days and is an explosion of food, culture and celebration coupled with life affirming joy.

Nuestros Muertos follows Guillermina Arias Pacheco and her son Leo as they prepare for the festival to pay their respects to the late husband and father Lebardo Vasquez in the town of Oaxaca, Mexico.

With them we learn about amazing celebrations and traditions. We are introduced to an alternate view on death. One that chooses not to be morbid but accepting, akin to simply another part of life.
